- If you have signed up for any of the CCL directory plans, you agree to have your credit card automatically charged in perpetuity on a recurring monthly basis cancellable with one clear month’s notice in writing by email to [email protected]. Likewise, your account and this contract can be terminated by CCL Robinson Inc. at its sole discretion with one clear month’s notice in writing by email.
- You also agree to the Privacy Policy and Website Agreement posted on the www.canadacriminallawyer.ca website.
- You are granted a limited non-exclusive license revocable forthwith at any time at the sole discretion of CCL Robinson Inc. to use the “CCL Badge” image on your website and to link to the www.canadacriminallawyer.ca website.
- You grant CCL Robinson Inc. and www.canadacriminallawyer.ca authorization to use your logo and pictures of lawyers from your website in relation to the promotion of you, your website, your law firm and/or lawyers who work for your law firm along with any information that you submit through the website including but not limited to contact information, practice details and court dates and locations.
- These Terms of Service may change from time to time and any change will occur with 7 days notice posted on the www.canadacriminallawyer.ca website.
